TLC Named a Kununu Top Company for 2025

The TLC Consulting Group is once again one of the most popular employers in the DACH region in 2025.

Once again this year, TLC has been recognized by Europe’s leading employer review platform. Since 2015, Kununu has awarded a quality seal to companies that receive the highest ratings on the platform. This award honors employers who provide their employees with an optimal working environment and contribute significantly to their overall satisfaction.

The seal is awarded on an annual basis, with only around 5% of all employer profiles qualifying for it. The award is based on independent employee reviews and transparent criteria that are understandable for both job seekers and employers. To qualify, a company must meet a minimum number of reviews and maintain a minimum score of 3.8 stars over a 12-month period. Currently, TLC holds a score of 4.5 stars with a recommendation rate of 86%. This result places TLC well above the industry average for tax advisory and auditing firms (3.8 points). The rating categories contributing to the overall score are based on four key aspects:
